Q. If I get a website, will customers actually book their holidays on my site?

Q. Are all websites from Global Travel Web the same?
A. No. Global Travel Web offers several solutions for your business and your needs.

Q. If I don’t have on-line bookability, how will a Global Travel Web site help generate bookings?

Q. If customer’s can book on-line, why do I need a phone number on the website?
A. One of the greatest barriers to on-line bookings is building trust with your clients. If your customer is unsure whether they will be able to contact you if they have any questions regarding their booking, they may shop elsewhere. Including your phone number is a very important part of your website along with including your address and opening hours.
Q. If a booking is made via the website, will I have to enter these details on to Boris?
A. If your client books through the following services
Car Hire, Car Parking / Lounges, Hotels, Scheduled / Consol Flights, Dynamically Packaged Holidays
No, you will NOT HAVE TO load these details onto Boris.
The Account Managers of those affilaite programmes will send you a commission cheque / statement on a quarterly basis (or as stated)
If your client books a package holiday via the Comtec system, then YES this booking will have to be loaded onto Boris.
Q. Can I enter my own special offers onto the website?
A. Yes you can. Using the easy to use content management system, you can easily update special offers, seasonal promotions and details about your company (such as phone numbers, opening hours, email addresses etc.) at the click of a button.
